You are placing a deposit for one of our upcomming workshops.

January 18th - 19th
March 22nd - 23rd
Final Payment due 1 week before Workshop date.
Non-Refundable Deposit Agreement for Workshop
Deposit Amount
Participant agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of $350 to reserve a spot in the workshop. The deposit will be applied toward the cost of the workshop.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Participant understands and acknowledges that the deposit is non-refundable. However, if Participant cancels their participation in the workshop before 3 weeks prior to the workshop, UV Photographics may, at their discretion, allow Participant to apply the deposit to a future workshop organized by UV Photographics, subject to availability and the conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Transfer of Deposit
If Participant is unable to attend the workshop and wishes to transfer their spot to another individual, they may do so only with the consent of UV Photographics. If Participant is able to transfer their spot, the deposit will be applied toward the cost of the workshop for the individual taking Participant's spot.
Application of Deposit to Future Workshops
If UV Photographics is able to fill Participant's spot in the workshop, UV Photographics may, at their discretion, allow Participant to apply the deposit to a future workshop organized by UV Photographics, subject to availability and the conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Termination of Agreement
UV Photographics reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and cancel the workshop at any time for any reason. In the event that UV Photographics terminates this Agreement, Participant will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
